Windermere Forms Partnership with Google

Around 77% of consumers use the internet when starting the process of buying real estate. With this in mind, Windermere has teamed up with Google to increase the exposure of Windermere listings by making them accessible through a Google search.
 
 Under the new agreement, each Windermere listing is officially listed with Google. Detailed information regarding the property is added to Google’s database. The property is then included if it matches a user’s search criteria. Additional information, such as the Photo Gallery and Windermere’s Property Point ™ interactive map search featuring Google Maps ™ is just a click away.
 
 Google has more than 380 million monthly users. It has over 60% of the worldwide market. Windermere.com receives about 3.5 million visitors to its website each month. Listings are updated as often as every thirty minutes.  The local Windermere office, Windermere Lake Chelan, has offices in downtown Chelan and Manson.
